Back when I was a working stiff, they actually had a class for sales people, teaching us how to recognize when the customer would be satisified...when the solution was "Good Enough!" and how to avoid going beyond that and squelching the deal.
That is so interesting, Pete! We were discussing at a family gathering last night ... how does one distinguish the difference between achieving excellence and knowing when 'good enough' is indeed enough? The difference between 'unhealthy perfectionism' and healthy accomplishment?
